Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older to register and place bids.

Commitment to Purchase: All bids are final and binding. If you win an auction, you agree to purchase the artwork at the final bid price.

Payment: Full payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction’s end(In person Auction- Nov 1, Online Auction- Nov 30). Accepted payment methods will be provided at checkout.

No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. Proceeds will go toward supporting the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Artwork Pickup/Delivery: Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their artwork at the event or arranging delivery at their own cost.

Artist Rights: Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to act respectfully toward organizers, artists, and other bidders. Any misconduct may result in removal from the event/Bidding Platform.

Liability Disclaimer: The organizers, including Being Artistic Soul Studios, the venue, and all associated partners, are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the event.

Privacy Notice: Personal information collected will be used solely for event communication and processing auction results. It will not be shared without consent.

Event Changes: Organizers reserve the right to modify event details, terms, or auction items if necessary.

Online Bidding on Auctria
Steps to Register for Bidding on Auctria
Step 1: Visit the Auction Page
Go to our official auction link through "Register here".
Step 2: Click “Register” or “Get Started”
You’ll see a “Register” button — click it to create your bidder account.
Step 3: Enter Your Details
Fill in your name, email address, and phone number. Create a password to log in easily later.
Step 4: Agree to the Terms of Use
Check the box to agree to our Terms of Use before proceeding.
Step 5: Confirm Your Account
You’ll receive a confirmation email from Auctria — open it and click the link to verify your account.
Step 6: Add Your Credit Card Details
Once your account is confirmed, go to "My Account" Settings and under your "Account Details section" securely add your credit card information. This allows you to place bids and complete your purchase if you win.
Step 7: Log In & Browse Artworks
After setup, log in to explore the available artworks, read descriptions, and see starting bids.
Step 8: Place Your Bids
Click on any artwork to view details and enter your bid. You can increase your bid anytime before the auction closes on November 15' 2025.
Step 9: Watch for Notifications
Auctria will email or text you if you’re outbid or if you win!
Step 10: Complete Payment
If you win, payment will be processed automatically using your saved credit card details.
Step 11: Pick Up Your Artwork
Winners can collect their artwork at the event or contact the organizer to arrange delivery.
